• Please make sure the address on your account is valid. We are not responsible for address changes. If the package is return to me because of a error in the address, the shipping will be charged twice.


• Considering the high postal rates in Canada, we offer the option without tracking for Canada and the United States. If you do not receive your package after 1 month following the confirmation email, please contact us

Delivery options

If the package is returned because of an address error, the shipping costs will be charged a second time.
