Once the purchase of a virtual product is made, you
receive an email with access to your document. This email may take
a few minutes to arrive.

In your customer account, you will keep access to your
Documents to download.


  • We offer the possibility of picking up your order at our workshop in
    Terrebonne to avoid delivery
  • When the order is ready, an email will be sent with all the details to plan
    an appointment
  • You will have to confirm which day you want to spend.
  • Please wait for our confirmation before moving.
  • This system is based on the honesty of our customers to only take their
    order. The controls are protected by a video surveillance system.
    In the event of theft, the thieves will be prosecuted and the pickup canceled for all.


  • Please allow 2 to 10 working days before sending your package to the post office.
  • We are working to ship orders as quickly as possible. It is possible to have slightly longer delays during busy periods such as holidays or a promotion.

Without tracking

  • Canada: 6-15 business days
  • USA: 3-4 weeks

With tracking number

  • Canada: 2-3 business days
  • USA: 4-5 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

  • If you selected the regular shipping option, no tracking number is provided.
  • If you selected the option with tracking, a number will be emailed upon shipment.


For management reasons, it is not possible to combine regular orders with subscriptions.

  • The minimum commitment for a subscription is 4 months. You can cancel the subscription at any time after these 4 months.
  • The cancellation is done on the customer account directly. The cancellation will have an impact on the next shipment. No shipment already paid for or in the process of being delivered can be canceled or refunded. It is not possible to pause a subscription.

  • Attention :
    It is important not to cancel the subscription by canceling the recurring payment on PayPal or on the credit card. This will not cancel the payment at Blueberry Papeterie.

  • If you wish to break the 4-month subscription commitment, a $15 fee will be applied to the file.
  • You will receive, each month, a collection of stickers selected by us.
    As soon as you subscribe, shipments will be made automatically until cancelled.
  • We send out subscriptions around the 15th of each month (subject to change depending on holidays). You will receive the collection to plan for the coming month. For example, in January you will receive the February collection.

Return and refund

Can I return an item?

Contact us within: 7 days after delivery

Return items within: 14 days of delivery

Items must be in their original packaging. Notebooks and diaries
may not have already been assembled.

Delivery charges are non-refundable

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I
cannot accept returns for:

  • Subscription
  • Orders
    bespoke or personalized
  • Products
    perishables (food or flowers for example)
  • Downloads
  • THE
    promotional items

Returns conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of
the buyer.
