Items must be in their original packaging. Notebooks and planners cannot be pre-assembled.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for :
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.
