Delivery options

• No tracking (small envelopes only)

  • An email will be sent as soon as the order is ready. You will be able to reply with the pick-up date of your choice.
  • Please wait for our confirmation before moving.
  • This system is based on the honesty of our customers to take only their order. The orders are protected by a video surveillance system. In case of theft, thieves will be prosecuted and the pickup cancelled for all.

Processing time

• The time we need to process an order varies between 2 and 10 business days.

Estimated delivery times

• Canada: 6-15 business days
• United States: 3-4 weeks
• Europe: 2-6 weeks

We will do our best to ensure that these estimates are accurate, but it is not in my power to guarantee them. The delivery time also depends on the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays.

If the package is returned due to an address error, the shipping costs will be charged a second time.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Breakage and loss

We are not responsible for any breakage or loss of the package in the mail. Please contact us if you have not received your package after 30 days.
