This system is based on our customers' honesty in only taking their order. Orders are protected by video surveillance. In the event of theft, the thieves will be prosecuted and the pick-up cancelled for all

Processing time

The time we need to process an order varies between 2 and 10 working days.

Estimated delivery times

Canada: 6-15 working days

United States: 3-4 weeks

Europe: 2-6 weeks

We will do our best to ensure that these delivery times are accurate, but it is not in our power to guarantee them. Delivery times also depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays.

If the parcel is returned due to an address error, shipping costs will be charged a second time.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please take the time to check product sizes and descriptions before placing an order.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of receipt. We will refer to the delivery date of the package by the tracking number.

Customs and import duties and delivery deposits

Any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We are not responsible if, in the case of remote areas, the delivery is made to a pick-up point of the delivery company. Under no circumstances will we compensate you for the travel involved in picking up a package at this pick-up point.

Breakage and loss

We are not responsible for any breakage or loss of the package in the mail.

Untracked shipments: Please contact us if you have not received your package within 30 days of the shipping confirmation

Tracked shipments: Please contact us if you have not received your package 1 day after the carrier's delivery confirmation.
