Whoops ! Sometimes we make mistakes when producing stickers. These stickers are not perfect, but they can be used anyway.

Bag containing sheet with defects of an approximate value of $20

It may be a problem with printing, cutting or missing stickers on some sheets

Delivery options

• No tracking (small envelopes only)
• Parcel with tracking
• Pickup by appointment. Terrebonne. Monday to Thursday. From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Processing time

• The time we need to process an order varies between 2 and 10 working days.

Estimated delivery times

• Canada: 6-15 business days
• USA: 3-4 weeks
• Europe: 2-6 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. The delivery time also depends on the carrier. We are not responsible for any delay.

If the package is returned because of an address error, the shipping costs will be charged a second time.

Customs and import taxes
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Breakage and loss

We are not responsible for any breakage or loss of the package in the post. Please contact us if you have not received your package after 30 days.
