Delivery Options

• No tracking (small envelopes only)

• Pickup by appointment. Monday to Thursday. From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Processing time

• The time we need to process an order varies between 2 and 10 working days.

• USA: 3-4 weeks
• Europe: 2-6 weeks

If the package is returned because of an address error, the shipping costs will be charged a second time.
