• Considering the high postal rates in Canada, we offer the option without tracking for Canada and the United States. If you do not receive your package after 1 month following the confirmation email, please contact us

Delivery options

• No tracking (small envelopes only)
• Parcel with tracking
• Pickup by appointment. Terrebonne. Monday to Thursday. From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Processing time

• The time we need to process an order varies between 2 and 10 working days.

If the package is returned because of an address error, the shipping costs will be charged a second time.
